- 2 bananas, sliced and frozen
In a food processor, Magic Bullet, or high powered blender, add the frozen bananas and puree until an ice cream consistency is achieved. Watch out – over processing the bananas will cause them to melt into banana soup.
Add any of the following to change the flavour:
- pure maple syrup
- cocoa powder
- nut butter
- frozen berries
