Peanut Sauce (for noodles or dipping)

Serves 4 / vegan / gluten-free

Ingredients:peanut sauce

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup water,
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chili-garlic sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pot and heat on medium. Whisk occasionally to ensure the sauce is combined and heats evenly.

Toss with pasta and veggies or use as a dipping sauce for fresh rolls, tofu, etc.
